Oyster mushrooms, sea weed sheets (nori or kombu), rapeseed oil, salt, pepper, Herbes de Provence, flour, bread crumbs, turmeric. (and toothpics)
First mix the oil, salt, pepper and spices to create a marinade and marinade the mushrooms for several hours. Once the marinade is complete lightly press the oil from the mushrooms.
Then wrap the mushrooms into patties using the sea weed paper and pin the wrap closed using toothpics. After this, we bread the patties using vegan breading (flour or starch with water and turmeric). We then fry these patties on oil.
Be careful not to swallow a toothpic as you eat! :)
